Flowers from Angela in fluorescent light

Normally I hate taking photos in fluorescent light, and so does our daughter, but when our girl sent flowers to my wife recently — at around the same time as bulbs Angela sent last year bloomed again — I decided to bite the bullet and photograph the flowers by fluorescent light, kind of on an impulse.  You be the judge.

From bulbs she sent last year.
These came to the door on Saturday. (My wife had not been feeling well.)

We are proud to have raised (with the help of God, Buddha, and Grandma Linda) a daughter who is not only smart, talented and good-looking — and an excellent cook — but also very thoughtful.
